This notice is about you and the information that reaches us: what you send, what the site itself handles, and the records we keep in order to reply. It is short because the site asks for very little.

Last revised 6 November 2026

Who runs this site?

babariya.shop is the website of BABARIYA, an independent digital studio. Our place of business is Office No 29, Ground Floor, Akshar Diamond Market, Varachha Road, Near Mangadh Chowk Mini Bazar, Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395006, India.

Behind the studio name is a proprietorship owned by Sujal Kalpeshbhai Babariya. For GST the business is registered as Babariya Enterprise, legal name Babariya Sujal Kalpeshbhai, under GSTIN 24IRXPB3755B1ZO: a regular registration that has run since 10 October 2026 with no end date. There is no other place of business.

Who does this notice apply to?

Anyone who reads these pages or contacts us about a project, a plan or a question. There is nothing to sign up for and no account to create. If you have a question about your information, email info@babariya.shop, or write to BABARIYA at Office No 29, Ground Floor, Akshar Diamond Market, Varachha Road, Near Mangadh Chowk Mini Bazar, Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395006, India.

What do we collect?

Through the website itself, nothing at the moment. The enquiry form asks for your name, email, the service you have in mind, how you would like to engage and a description of the job, then checks those entries inside your browser. When they pass, the page says so and confirms that nothing was sent. No copy reaches us and none is stored.

When you write to us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include: your name, contact details, the message and any files. The site never asks for a password and never asks for card details.

Like any web host, the company that serves the site keeps routine request logs. The cookies page explains those.

PlainlyThe enquiry form on this site checks your entries but does not send them anywhere.

Why do we keep what you send?

So that someone at the studio can read your request, answer it and, if it turns into work, prepare a written scope. We do not use it to build a marketing profile of you, and we do not sell it.

Who else sees it?

The services that carry our correspondence, such as our email provider, handle your message only so it can be delivered. Our host handles the routine request logs mentioned above. Advertising networks and data brokers get nothing from us.

Some projects use an AI model from an outside provider. When one does, the scope for that project names the provider before any of your material is processed. Simply contacting us never passes your words to a model.

PlainlyYour details are not sold, rented or passed on for marketing.

How long do we keep it?

Correspondence about an enquiry stays with us while we are talking and for a sensible while afterwards, so we can answer questions about what we offered. If nothing came of it, just say so and we will erase it.

Once an enquiry turns into a project, we hold on to its scope, its invoices and the record of what was handed over for the life of the work and a reasonable time beyond, so either side can check what was agreed.

What can you ask us to do?

You are entitled to see the information we have about you, to have mistakes in it fixed, and to have an enquiry erased if it never turned into paid work. To do any of these, email info@babariya.shop, or write to BABARIYA at Office No 29, Ground Floor, Akshar Diamond Market, Varachha Road, Near Mangadh Chowk Mini Bazar, Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395006, India. Before acting we make sure the request really comes from you, usually by replying to the address you first used.

What if my scope says something different?

These pages explain the public website and how we agree work. Once a particular job has its own written scope or booking confirmation, that document wins for that job wherever the two disagree.

Nothing on this site takes a payment or opens an account. Prices are published in rupees, and the enquiry form only checks what you type. Work begins after both of us have agreed the job in writing, never before.
