Refunds and cancellations
This website never takes money. Fees are set in a booking or a written scope, and the invoice follows on its own. Here is what becomes of those fees when plans change.

Does the site ever charge me?
No. There is no checkout and no card form. The enquiry form checks your entries and stops there, and “Request this plan” only fills the form in for you. An invoice comes later, once a booking or scope has been agreed in writing.
Can I cancel before anything starts?
Yes. If you have paid for a Day Pass, a Week Pass, a membership or a project deposit and the work has not begun, tell us in writing and we return what you paid. The one deduction is any outside cost we have already paid on your behalf and cannot get back, and we will tell you about such a cost before it is incurred.
PlainlyNothing started means your money comes back, less any outside cost we flagged in advance.
What if the work has already begun?
Time and work already delivered are not refunded.
- Once a Day or Week Pass is under way, the hours already used are not paid back.
- If you stop a scoped project part way, you pay for the work done up to that point, measured against the scope.
- A membership month or year that has begun is not refunded for the part already gone. Care requests left unused do not carry forward and are not paid out as cash.
Your written scope can set different terms, and where it does, those apply.
What if we can't deliver?
If something stops us from doing work we have confirmed, we tell you as soon as we know, and you get back whatever you paid for the part we cannot do.
What if my scope says something different?
These pages explain the public website and how we agree work. Once a particular job has its own written scope or booking confirmation, that document wins for that job wherever the two disagree.
Nothing on this site takes a payment or opens an account. Prices are published in rupees, and the enquiry form only checks what you type. Work begins after both of us have agreed the job in writing, never before.
